Money-Back Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

 

At The Maverick, we stand behind the quality of our products. If dandruff develops after using our shampoo, we will honor our Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Guarantee applies only if dandruff appears after first use of the product.

  • This does not cover pre-existing dandruff conditions, or cases where dandruff does not go away.

  • Guarantee applies only to purchases made through official Maverick channels (see Section 2).

2. Coverage by Sales Channel

  • Full Refund – Purchases made on our official website or The Maverick physical store.

  • Partial Refund – Purchases made through third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) will be refunded at 70% of the product’s SRP, to account for platform fees and commissions.

3. Claim Window

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving/using the product.

4. Proof of Purchase & Use

  • Customers must provide a valid order number or receipt.

  • Photos, short videos, or return of the unused portion of the product may be requested for verification.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, when possible.

  • For marketplace orders, partial refunds may be issued as store credits or approved alternatives.

  • Refund applies to the product price only (shipping fees are excluded).

6. Limitations & Exclusions

  • Limit: One refund claim per customer under this policy.

  • Guarantee does not cover free samples, trial packs, or promotional giveaways.

  • Guarantee is void if the product is misused, altered, or mixed with other substances.

  • Products bought from unauthorized resellers or secondhand sources are not eligible.

7. Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from confirmation of the claim.

8. Company Rights

  • The Maverick reserves the right to decline claims that are fraudulent, abusive, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • This guarantee is subject to and governed by the laws of the Philippines.
