SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our shipping is done from Monday to Friday, orders from Saturday to Sunday are processed but will be picked-up by our partner courier on Monday. Upon shipping, it usually takes 2-3 days for Metro Manila addresses and 3-5 days for outside Metro Manila.

We use GoGo Express for our shipments to Metro Manila and provincial addresses.

*Daily cut-off of orders is at 6 PM.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A:  Metro Manila - PHP 100.00 flat rate (1 to 3 days) - COD Available

Provincial - PHP 140.00 (payment first via Gcash or Bank Depo, 2-5 days);

PHP 190 (COD option, 2-5 days)

Q: My tracking info doesn’t work, what’s wrong?

A:  Usually, GoGoXpress takes 1-2 days to update their tracking. If after 3 days, the tracking info still doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally. We use PhilPost, DHL, or FedEx to ship your orders. For distributors, contact us at mavgrooming@gmail.com.

 

RETURN POLICY

The Maverick offers a full refund for products that have defects, and/or damaged packaging rendering the products unsafe to use, and/or if the product is unused within 7 days upon receiving the package.  Please email us at mavgrooming@gmail.com if you would like to make a return.
